According to an insider speaking exclusively to In Touch, while the attraction between Kourtney, 45, and Travis, 48, remains strong, their once-frequent public displays of affection have noticeably decreased. This shift has been difficult for Travis, who reportedly relies on their intimate moments for emotional reassurance.
“He can be quite needy and insecure with Kourtney,” the source revealed, adding that Travis “gets a lot of reassurance from their marathon s3x sessions.” However, Kourtney’s priorities have shifted, especially after the birth of their first child together, son Rocky Thirteen Barker, in November 2023.
“Now that Kourtney’s got a new baby, she simply can’t keep up with his energy in the bedroom,” the insider disclosed. “She’s exhausted a lot of the time and just not in the mood the way she used to be.” Despite this, the source emphasized that Kourtney remains deeply in love with Travis but prefers to spend more time cuddling than engaging in their previously intense physical relationship.

Her eldest son, Mason, 14, has reportedly chosen to live with his father, which has been a source of heartbreak for Kourtney.
