Governor of Rivers State Sim Fubara this morning, presented Rivers State 2024 Budget to the lawmakers loyal to him at a plenary session being held at another venue since the State House of Assembly complex is being demolished.
He tagged the budget “The ‘BUDGET OF RENEWED HOPE, CONSOLIDATION AND CONTINUITY’.
